13?!? I'm telling you guys you've got to ignore these type of articles. They don't know anything as much as any honest fan would.
Skiles definitely belongs in the top 10. He's one of the best defensive coaches in the NBA and he knows how to use his bench better than anyone else in the league in my opinion. There's very few coaches in the NBA that I'd take over him.
