Is this meaning that if the NBA were to have a real life fantasy draft, he'd pick Kobe no higher than #22, or is this a look back at the draft and he's saying that Kobe's selection was the #22 best value pick in draft history? I'm a bit confused on what the subject of his ratings is.
I don't think you should accuse Kamla for being a Kobe hater. Everyone has their own rating system. Just because you don't agree with it doesn't mean he is a hater.

I think he's taking Kobe's knee surgery into consideration, kinda like using a high draft pick on Amare who can barely even play before he's out for half the season.

Seriously though, I can understand if you don't pick him #1 in a fantasy league type thing because you want somebody with more assists and rebounds, but to place him at #22 is heresy.

I've always hated Rick Kamla people are right though, we are Kobe fanatics, I'll get more upset if someone talks sh!t about Kobe than my mom, it's pretty sad.
For anyone who saw fantasy hoops last night on nba tv, rick explained that he ranked kobe #22 because he's not buying that kobe is fully recovered from his knee surgery and he thinks its going to take him a while to get back in to form.

He also believes kobe's scoring is going to be down a good bit from last season. he predicted more in the low 30's ppg range.

Kobe gets you all around stats, I'd like to know who the 21 players were he ranked ahead of Kobe.
