Bob Sanders our current D-Line Coach
    Dom Capers
    Ted Cottrell
    Dick Jauron

I'm hearing Emmitt Thomas and some Winston Smith the LB coach of New Orleans as well..

I wouldn't mind Capers or Sanders. Sanders was kind of Jim Bates' assistand under study and I think he was the Miami D-Line coach as well. Not certain though.. Cottrell and Jauron I'd prefer not too see.

I dont think any good corrdinators will come because this team is on the decline with the signing of McCarthy and Ted Thompson is gonna bring in one of his friends

McCarthy makes the hire.. not TT. Sanders and him are expected to meet tonight and Sanders runs the same scheme as Bates and is very highly regarded around the league. He coached Miami's LB's from 2001-2004 and the Packers DL in 2005.

I'm not sure what you think a good coodinator is though? Bates is the only good one out there. The rest are either ex Head Coaches who could make a good coordinator and guys who need a shot..

Edit: They're all hired as well..

Don't believe that for a second. McCarthy is a stooge...just like any coach who's ever worked under Al Davis.

McCarthy will ask "Uncle Ted" before he makes any hiring decisions, believe me...

On another forum a question was asked, What will McCarthy do in the draft? and someone answered with this

"he'll say nice Pick Mr Thompson", it's pretty sad were these guys are going, I have a feeling that Teddy boy could be worse than Matt Millen(I know how horrible that sounds) The guy has openly said there will be a massive roster turnaround, so suddenly guys such as Clifton, KGB, Kampan, Henderson and Diggs become "expendable" in his mind, Thompson wants this team to be HIS team ridding it of everything from the Holmgren and Sherman era, but in reality this is the Fans team, and this son of a bitch had better put a somewhat decent product out there for us.

Yeah every day it looks more likley that we take Mario Williams with our first round pick which is fine but he is kind of a I play when I want to play type of guy that needs to be pushed. Reasoning in taking him is because it looks like KGB could be gone in the off-season. AJ Hawk on the other hand is a workhorse type of player. Like a Zach Thomas or Brian Urlacher.. Like I said we'll be lucky to see 5-11 next year... Most likely we'll be picking in the top 5 next season. I know I shouldn't have that attitude especially this early but Thompson seems to feel that he needed to clean house and bring in his "packer" people. Yeah "packer" people I'd like to know who are "packer" people. Cheese-headed aliens??? Anyways I don't like the direction of the team is going in. I didn't think the start of the off-season would be this dissapointing but it is.
