<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Gilbert Arenas might not be the only NBA player to have the oxygen level in his house converted to the "Colorado altitude" for long. Arenas said on Tuesday that "at least 14 players" have contacted him in recent weeks seeking information about having the same simulated conditions in their home. New Jersey Nets forward Richard Jefferson and Los Angeles Lakers center Kwame Brown called him, and several members of the Bulls approached him when the Wizards were in Chicago last week, Arenas said. Arenas changed his home atmosphere in hopes that it would give him more energy in the fourth quarter of NBA games. . . .</div>

Very innovative on Arenas part. Every year he does some outside the box training techniques to improve as a player. Last year he put a fridge in his gym so he didn't have to leave it to get food.

I he takes the label of being a "gym rat" to another level.

Cool. As a Laker fan, I'm excited that Kwame called him about it. Whatever he can do to elevate his game is good.

Yes, this should elevate his game from crap-O to just smelly.

Well as long as Kwame comes up smelling like roses.

But lean a little bit closer
See that roses really smell like boo-boo

However, near the end, for about the last 6 weeks when Mihm went down, he started to show signs for us. He was getting about 12/8 per night and then had a few really good games against the Suns in the playoffs. If he can do 12/8 or 14/8 on a consistent basis this year, the Lakers will be a much improved team. I think Kwame really improved at the end of last year and will prove it this year.
