This showed how pathetic we still are.Beating NJ and Boston with any superstars playing on their teams proves that we still suck.
With Pierce back we couldn't do ****.

New York got outrebounded 44 to 32.
Curry needs to get more than 2 rebounds in 28 minutes.
Frye did a good job with 9 pts, 12 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 assists, 1 TO in 29 min.

The number that blew me away was New York had 31 Turnovers. Boston had 16 TOs.

I don't know why a pre-season game would be the deciding factor for you, in determining if the Knicks still suck.

That's what happens when you have a guard-heavy rotation that still hasn't developed enough chemistry with each other (in response to the high TO's).

If that were a true arguement, then the Knicks should be awesome during the regular season, because I think they were unbeaten up to this point in preseason games.

I wonder how the Knicks would be if they chucked Curry away.

    C: Channing Frye
    PF: David Lee
    SF: Jared Jeffries
    SG: Jamaal Crawford/Steve Francis
    PG: Stephon Marbury

C and PF could rebound very well.

There is some glue between PF and SF to hold C, PG, SG together. Either guards could pass some as well I suppose.

Did NBA.com spell Leon Powe's name wrong?

It's a preseason game, which don't prove much at all...

I'm not saying we will or will not suck, but basing your conclusion off of one preseason game isn't the way to go.

A thought on Curry. He may need to get more than just a couple of rebounds in that amount of time, but it won't ever happen. He doesn't know how to get posistion and use his size and strength to be good at rebounding. He's never going to be any better than a below average rebounder in my opinion.
