The greatest play in NBA history in my opinion is that sweet finger-roll by George "Ice Man" Gervin against the Lakers. To me, that play defines the poetry in motion beauty of basketball and if I were to show someone what makes basketball so special I would show them that play. It's not as flashy as a lot of other plays, but it gives me chills every time I see it. It's in the video (#3) posted by shapecity if you need a refresher.

With that D.Fish shot, why did they all sprint off the court like they did?

If I stole something, and everyone saw me do it, I would get (run) the hell outta the scene as soon as possible.

    No...

I would've taken much more satisfaction in rubbing it into the Spurs fans [IMG]

Well, even if it didnt count, the Lakers would've just lost the game instead of winning, so I dont understand your reasoning here.

I was being sarcastic. Here's what I meant.

    If I stole something,
The Lakers stole the game from SA.

and everyone saw me do it,
The SA fans saw (witnessed) LA stealing the game

I would get (run) the hell outta the scene as soon as possible.
    Just like they did [IMG]

    They copied Forest Gump.

When you look back, that Duncan shot was so stupid (even though he got it in). There was an open Ginobli right behind him.

I thought it was Hedo Turkoglu. That was what I was thinking. Turkoglu or Ginobili who ever it was could have had an easy shot, but lucky Duncan.
