yeah because pretty much there is one great player at every position and then the rest are far below...like for example, you have arenas(great) and nelson(far below)...then wade(great) and Johnson(far below)...gerald wallace(not that great but hey he's better than butler and hedo IMO, and until marvin williams proves himself wallace is the man) and hedo(not that far below, but GW is better)...then Howard(great) and jamison(not really a power player but is a 4 and is better than emeka)...finally shaq(great) and darko(far below)...then for 6th man, you pick the best of the "far below's" and i think that's a pretty clear cut decision, JJ...coach is pretty obvious as he has 5 rings as a head coach, 1 as assistant, 1 as player and led his team to the championship last year...and GM, you look at who has improved their team the most in the past 2 years (southeast division was established 2 years ago), and you get otis smith
