Swingman Jerry Stackhouse (knee) will also see his first action of the preseason. Avery Johnson held Stackhouse out of the previous six games as a precaution. Johnson remembers last year when Stackhouse missed the first 26 games of the season with a sore right knee, and he didn't want to venture down that path again. "I thought we did the right thing with his knee," Johnson said. "That gives us our best chance. "I'm trying to mix [him] in, trying to rest him at the right times.
