Jason Kidd finished a distant second to Steve Nash in the best-point-guard voting and is considered by one GM to be the player best fit to coach down the road. Vince Carter finished behind LeBron James for most athletic and Kidd also got a vote for fastest with the ball. Nenad Krstic finished second to Darko Milicic as the international player to have a breakout season and also received consideration in the overall breakout category.</div>

Nash is a better passer than Kidd? Not even by a little margin, but in fact a huge margin?

I'm gonna end it there because this thread will turn into a another arguement.

I don't think you can make it end [IMG].

I find it amazing that Kidd, at his age, is still considered one of the fastest players in the league.
I am shocked to see that Jefferson is no longer considered to be one of the best finishers.

Kidd should be best passer. I guess Lebron is more athletic than Vince, now. The Nets will win the Atlantic, obviously.

    No Vince Carter?

I wouldn't read too much into this survey. Two GM's picked Minnesota nd Orlando to win the championship.

why was iverson not voted for a top pg or a sg? he plays either position and had the second best season of any player next to kobe. (individually speaking). its like people are writing him off already because its his 11 season. he is still a top 3 player in the league. i cant believe they didnt even have him as one of the best finishers, or one of the players that coaches have to change their strategy for.

Why would you guess? Lebron is in his athletic prime, Vince is not. Right now he jumps about as high, is faster, and is stronger. Vince still has more agility in the air and body control, but I'd say Lebron has the athletic edge without hesitation.

Also I don't think the Atlantic will be very close. New Jersey wins it easily again IMO, that's barring no major injuries.
