When I was doing typing excercises in 7th and 8th grade, I was getting in the upper 80s and 90s. I went and messed around with that same program a couple weeks ago at my college, and I was still doing around the same, along with some insanely good accuracy. I'm the type of person that doesn't very often look at the keyboard and is also comfortable typing while not even looking at the screen cause I'm rather confident that I'm typing exactly what I want to type.
Sorry to bump this but it seemed interesting. When I really want to type fast, or I'm in a rush I usually type around 79. I did the test in a rush so I got around 92WPM, but on JBB I take it easy and I only type around 60 maybe.
I never kept count, but I typed up a 32 page GoldenEye 007 strategy guide a long time ago in less then six hours in two sessions. The picture additions are what took the longest and made the project take an extra 8 hours to complete.
