Both are beginning their third seasons in the league, and Dunleavy said they are ready to contribute more offensively this year, too. Dunleavy said about Shaun as a rookie that in a few years he'll be one of the better guard defenders in the league, and he's definately moving on that part. Outside of popularity, Ross could've made the All-Defensive team last season. I wouldn't say Billups actually defender better than Ross did.
The one game i remember with Ross this year was with the Nuggets. He completely shut and tore apart carmelo and they won. And i remember dunleavy saying that he wanted to save him for nash the next nite..hes really underated in the league.
Ross is one of my favorite players in the league, I hope he gets his due. Definately an All League defender, he got 1 vote last year
