Latrell Sprewell? Not that I'd like to exactly see Spreewell on a team this season or any time after that but I was just wondering what had happened to him? Because I had never heard that he had officially retired? If anyone knows what happened or know if he's making a come back, hey it's possible look at Kemp, would be appreciated.
He's still holding out for a $10,000,000 a year contract, which can only also mean he's still on what ever it was he was smoking when he decided to choke out P. J. Carlesimo.
In March 2006, Sprewell was offered contracts by the Dallas Mavericks and San Antonio Spurs, both of whom were considered at the time to be strong favorites to win the NBA Championship; however, when contacted by these teams, Sprewell failed to respond with an answer to whether or not he would sign with them. As a result, the Mavericks and Spurs were no longer pursuing him, and he remained a free agent as the season came to a close. As of 2006, it is not known whether or not Sprewell will ever play another NBA game.
I think Sprewell is still NBA material, but he's asking for more than he's worth and he cums wit a lot of baggage.He's good for like maybe 8th or 9th man on a team's line-up
Do you see him getting on an NBA roster this season? I could see a team in need of some instant offense off the bench giving him a shot.
