I mean well, you have to think that The Knicks, Raptors, and Celtics are going to be better with the coaching changes and player additions. The Knicks played extremely well in the preseason being 4-1 and hopefully was able to find the team chemistry they needed. The addition of TJ Ford and Andrea Bargnani should be helpful besides Chris Bosh's side for the Raptors and the Celtics are definitely improving with the young guys they have around Paul Pierce right now.

If that's how you interpret a prediction, it is equally true he's saying the team will go no worse then 41-41.
