CUT! <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> HOUSTON (Ticker) - The Houston Rockets on Friday waived veterans Ryan Bowen and Casey Jacobsen, which means rookie forward Steve Novak has made the team. By cutting loose Bowen and Jacobsen, the Rockets reduced their roster to 15 players. Among those players is Novak, a 6-10 forward from Marquette who was taken in the second round. In the preseason, Novak averaged 12.1 points in seven preseason games and shot very well. He shot 53 percent from the field, nearly 48 percent from 3-point range and better than 90 percent from the line. The 6-9 Bowen has averaged 2.7 points and 2.2 rebounds in 434 games over seven seasons with Denver and Houston. The 6-6 Jacobsen has averaged 5.9 points and 1.9 rebounds in 234 games with Phoenix and New Orleans. He played in Europe last season and signed with the Rockets in September. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=ApC1...ov=st&type=lgns</div>I know, I couldn't believe it either. What am I gonna do with my sig?

Forget Sura/Jacobsen. YEAH! Ryan Bowen = CUT!!! JVG can't overplay him anymore! Edit: So was he really injured during preseason or did JVG know he was going to be cut? I take it he was just a practice dummy.
I hate to see Bowen gone.....he's just one of those guys I grew to really like.........hopefully bobby will be able to give us something since we let a good shooter in jacobsen go (although I really doubt it)

All that said, I still think he's a great player on the court.

To be fair, there's no real indication on his health right now, but I believe that he's a gamer and is trying his hardest to return. It's just too unnatural a guy with his work ethic to be slacking off for money.

He became one of my favorite Rockets in less than a season. What the heck is wrong with my quotes and the links?
