Bates and Sherman heading down south?

Lookes as if Mike Sherman could end up as Assistant HC/OL Coach and Bates could end up D Coordinator for the Texans, I hope it happens, that could make them instantly respectable along with that Zoneblocking scheme, wooo Watchout!

Last I heard, current phins DC Richard smith was headed to Houston to occupy the same position. He is expendable with Capers now in the fold.

Haven't heard any news about Jim Bates, though. That sucks... He really deserved the Green Bay job. Now he's out in the cold...

The Houston Texans are putting up a solid staff. They have tons of young talent that i know Bates will take charge of. I hope Bates switches them back to the 4-3 because the Texans just dont have the personal for the 3-4.

The already have an amazing stars in Dunta Robinson, and Andre Johnson, i think they will have a huge next year

 

They will only have a huge year if they can fix that O-Line. It is unbelievably bad!

 

Hopefully they make a big play on Hutchinson free agency because he can open some huge lanes

 

I don't think Bates has been given the job as D-Coordinator yet. I'm not sure but I think it's already been filled.
