have you guys seen the lenovo stat???

it's like a grading system wherein the computer makes the best combination depending on their stats or what not..

    all im wodering is...
why is Vujacic in the best 5 combination along with farmar, odom, walton and evens???

he hasn't done anything in the past 2 games... 0pts and 5 rebs 5 assists i think in the last 2 laker games... so why is he in there?

I saw that, and I wondered the same thing. But I guess that maybe when he was on the court, the other guys played good.

The annoying thing about it is they don't explain exactly what it's measuring. It has something to do with the player's (or group of players') +/- while he's on the court versus off the court.

But what's the point of selling a stat when no one knows exactly what the stat means?

I believe the stat is based on how well the Team does when that player or group of players is on the court versus off the court. Say with Vujacic on the court the opposing team scores less and have more TO's. While the Lakers would score more, grab more rebounds, get more assists, as a whole, and what not.
