It's been a defensive struggle, but there is a definite rivalry type atmosphere in this game. I didn't see what happened in the 1st half, but both teams are executing their offense and it's been back and forth. The Spurs lead 68-67 with about 2:30 left in the third quarter. Dirk is foul trouble with 4 fouls, but Duncan has been struggling with his jumpshot. Tony Parker wanted to let everyone know him and Eva are still together and happy.
Mavs score 4 unanswered points and take a 3 point lead. Harris scores on a leak out. BLOCK by Dampier. Miss by Croshere. Elson with a dunk off the feed from Gino. Technical called on Elson for taunting after the dunk. Mavs make the technical foul and lead 72-70.
Croshere for 3! He's looked great tonight in his Mavs debut. He's a pleasant upgrade over KVH. Udrih gets fouled and heads to the free throw line. Makes both. Airball by Dampier, 24 second shot clock violation. Spurs have the ball with 25 seconds left.
What happened between Bowen and Josh Howard. I saw Howard tackle Bowen, and Bowen stepped on Howard before that or something. DALLLLAS LOOOOST! Damn, I see the Rockets going 0-2 before I see Dallas going 0-2. I acctually Dallas to win, just so they wont want to win game 2 so bad.

One classic confrontation came at the end of the first half, when Bowen tangled with Howard, and Howard reacted with a slam that put Bowen on the floor. Howard had better learn to control himself. Bowen will defend him now. Source
