The Bucks have a very strong starting lineup that should be able to run and shoot with us. However, they can defend better. The key will be the bench play. Milwaukee only has a couple of players that can make a significant contribution off the bench, while the Raps don't lose as much production. As long as Toronto focuses on finding good shots, instead of just shooting for the sake of it, this should be a Raptors win.
<font face=""Arial""><font size=""3"">Hot Girl

LOL! You beat me to it! I was just finished making one (my first preview ever ) but I didnt post it yet. I don't want mine to go to waste so I'll post mine up along with yours. Milwaukee Bucks(1-0) at Toronto Raptors (0-1) Air Canada Center, Toronto, Canada Friday, Nov. 3rd 7:00pm E.T. He showed that he could shoot the ball against the Nets and he could also pass the rock. Look for him tonight to shine against his former team. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/anthony_parker.jpg[/imgl]SG – Anthony Parker 22.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 2.0apg If you saw him play against New Jersey you wouldn't believe that he hasn't played in the NBA for 6 years. Anthony Parker proved to the NBA that he belongs here. Parker is a good team player and is a great decision maker and he will be a key part of the Raptors success tonight. FrontCourt [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/morris_peterson.jpg[/imgl]SF – Morris Peterson 11.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.0apg This ironman is looking to be an allstar this year, and if he wants to get there he'll have to work very hard. His stats don't show much in the first game but look for him to be a major contributor tonight because we all know he can get hot. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/rasho_nesterovic.jpg[/imgl]C – Rasho Nesterovic 4.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 1.0apg All though he looked slow against New Jersey Rasho is any important part of the team. He will have hustle back on defense and be a presense down in the paint. Rasho takes up alot of space downlow so his interior presence is key to the Raptors D. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/chris_bosh.jpg[/imgl]PF – Chris Bosh 14.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.0apg Though suffering from a heel injury, Bosh can still contribute. He looked weak and didnt get to play much against the Nets because of foul trouble. He will have the task tonight of being the go-to guy and to defend former teammate Charlie V. Keys To Game Improve ShootingThe Raptors goal of 100 shots per game is not too far. If they complete this task while shooting over 50% they should have no problem on offense. They managed to do well against New Jersey but fell in the 3rd becauase of poor shooting. Transition D The Raptors arent the only ones who can run. With a quick and young team the Bucks will be looking to run on offense to so the Raptors need to make sure they get back on D while keeping turnovers to a minimum. [/div]
Milwaukee Bucks
Projected Starters

Backcourt [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/maurice_williams.jpg[/imgl]PG – Maurice Williams 14.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 4.0apg Mo Williams had a solid game against Detroit. But tonight he'll have the tough task of keeping up with former teammate TJ Ford. He'll have to prove that he is good enough to start and contain Ford and his quickness. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/michael_redd.jpg[/imgl]SG – Michael Redd 37.0ppg, 5.0rpg, 1.0apg Redd was red hot against the Pistons. The Pistons seemed helpless without Ben as Redd took advantage by shooting the lights out. Look for him to get hot again tonight matched up against Anthony Parker. Frontcourt [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/ruben_patterson.jpg[/imgl]Ruben Patterson 6.0ppg, 7.0rpg, 3.0apg With Simmons out Ruben will have to step up and be a solid replacement for him. All though he didn't score much against the Pistons Ruben Patterson hustled and grabbed 7 boards. He'll need to continue his hard work tonight and try to outrebound the Raptors. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/andrew_bogut.jpg[/imgl]C – Andrew Bogut 16.0ppg, 9.0rpg, 3.0apg He wasn't supposed to play until next month but Bogut showed no trouble of an injury. He had a great game against the Pistons and look for him to go to work again tonight. Bogut has a quickness advantage on Rasho so don't be surprised if he scores ALOT. [imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/charlie_villanueva.jpg[/imgl]PF – Charlie Villanueva 16.0ppg, 12.0rpg, 4apg Making his return back to Toronto, Villanueva will probably be matched up against Chris Bosh who has been struggling lately. Thats not an easy task to take on but Villanueva vs. Bosh should be a fun matchup to watch. Villanueva will be looking to prove himself as being a promising PF in the league. Keys To The Game Keep Turnovers to a Minumum We all know the Raptors want to run the fast break, so if the Bucks can make smart passes and keep turnovers to a minumum there will be no fastbreak oppurtunities for the Raptors Contest Shots Besides running the fast break, Toronto wants to make 100 shots a game so the Bucks will want to alter every shot they make. They must contest every shot and they need to stop the Raptors from getting hot. Prediction: Post them below
I prefer Rachel Bilson!

Gonna go check out the game now, and guys in the Lounge fantasy league, remember that the draft is at 9:30PM! Hopefully the game will be done by then and the Raps woulda won.
Raptors got off to a hot start, then cooled down a bit and allowed the Bucks to catch up. Still, we have the lead right now and Bosh already has 10 and 5. TJ Ford's missed a couple easy layups...
1st quarter over … observations. -Just me or Sam Mitchell got booed on opening night? -Rotation looks a little bit tighter today, which is good. -Bosh comes out on fire hitting everything in sight. -Ditto on the ford layups. The guy is so fast it's hard to believe, the guys back off him and he still blows by them like it's nothing.

Iggy Wrote

I think Raps will take this one 105-96 EDIT: HOLY CRAP! Viscious slam by Fred Jones!
...Then an ugly miss on a three. Is it just me or does Ford seem a bit too reckless on the drive? When that happens, he either loses the ball or gets bailed out on a blocking call. He's lost it twice in the second and both times it allowed the Bucks to leak out and get an easy dunk on the other end.
Also Ford hasnt been feeling it. He hasnt been shooting well, and yes has been uncontrollable driving at times. BTW, I think Fred Jones just heard you Locke LOL!
I think Bosh is going to get 30 points and 15 boards by the end of the game. I'm expecting a huge second half from him.
He's been playing really bad defensively (even by his standards), despite the high number of rebounds. It's good to see that he has his legs back under him, though.
Bosh with 16 and 10 at halftime. Must want to make up for last game. Charlie's having a nice game as well with 13 and 9. Garbajosa and Bargnani both struggling again so far.
Raptors off to a good start in the second half. The nice block by Bosh leads to a basket by Ford. I really underestimated Parker when we got him, but he's proved alot of doubters wrong. He's impressed me and now I'm glad to have him on our team.
BTW What do you guys think of my preview? First one I've ever done on JBB, if there are any pointers you can give I'd appreciate it.
