Yea pitsburg cleary does not deserve this super bowl. HOw do u call low block? How do u not realize that big ben had to pull the ball out of his but just to reach past the goal line. And how in the world do u call a push off? Did u see how late the call was. The guy caught the ball 2 mins after the stealers cb cryed to the ref and the ref pulled the flag. And the mvp of this years superbowl is Refs!!!1 good job boys u work hard.

I totally agree. The refs were bad all year. At least there consistent. Seattle blew it. 2 missed field goals that weren't makable but indoors, Hasselback INT and not to mention the way the managed the clock.

Winning the Super Bowl...whatever the cost of the bonus is.

Ward getting MVP....cost of an Escalade

    League influencing the refs...priceless

You can't forget two missed field goals which would have made the game much different.

Pittsburgh won because they took advantage of the opportunities they had - Seattle did not. Remember, Pittsburgh started off horribly but did what they needed to do to stay in the game.

Congrats to Pittsburgh fans - it is a remarkable season that ended in the 6th seed winning the Superbowl!

Why would they want to go where make believe is encouraged to see a guy in a Mickey Mouse outfit? When, they so clearly could see the Referee in Detroit?

There were some questionable calls but a win is a win. The Steelers put up one hell of a fight to get to the Super Bowl and it was nice to see them win it in the end.

    Congrats to the Steeler fans.

It's great to have a Championship. I've been a "real" fan since 87' so I haven't gotten to really enjoy the success that the old fans did. It's great to get a ring, let's see if we can keep in rolling next season!

Congrats to the Stelerfan(s). There were some questionable calls, but Seattle sure didn't take advantage of some opportunities they had to help themselves either. It's a Super Bowl win and I am happy for you guys. Good to see Bettis go out on top!

Disclaimer: If you had beaten the Chiefs, I would be much less amiable.

Everytime someone says SF, I sometimes don't know if you mean San Fran or Steeler Fan.

Field Goals? The Seahawks should have had 2 more TD's than they did which would've won the game!

Yes field goals - it would have kept the Seahawks in the game. Oh, and throw in some decent clock management in the final two minutes rather than spending 32 seconds on the first play of the final two mintues (which netted them a whopping 8 yards) and the hawks may have had a chance.

I thought the Seahawks would win - but yesterday the better team was definitely the Steelers. Alexander got nothing going, Hasselback was overthrowing his receivers on deep routes, Josh Brown was missing field goals, and the defense had one or two hiccups that lead to scoring plays (the 75 yard TD was the result of bad defensive play).

I'm sorry man - I know it must suck, but be proud that your team got to the Superbowl in the first place.

You're a fan of an NFC team. It can't be helped. [IMG]

The controversy to this game makes me laugh. No one ever wants to give credit, they prefer taking it away.

Then again, nothing anyone can say will change the outcome of the game. SOoOoOo..... I guess I'll enjoy Pittsburgh's 5th ring. Even if we sucked and the media and NFL gave us the SB because of Jerome. <--- That's really dumb FYI.
