The last time I proprosed a trade I was villafied (rightfully) but this time I put thought into it ( I think) and thought about depth and the future of the franchise. I also thought about the benifite for the other teams involved. Using Real GM I looked at lenght of contracts also. For us I picked up players who would be trade worthy if that be the case. Finally I will forwarn you that Sasha is included in my proposal, and I personally love Sasha, also when you get a chance check out the depth chart with the new lakers. Very creative trade scenario. I agree Boston and Memphis need a shakeup with their rosters, and Portland would love to unload Miles and Magloire. I can see Boston parting ways with Wally and Al, but not Gerald Green, especially not to the Lakers. Gerald Green's trade value is still high, and he would have been the key player traded in a deal for Iverson so I'd eliminate him from this scenario.
Thanks for the love Shape. But I actually think Ainge would let Green get away. Eddie aint no slouch and as much as they want to promote the improvement of Green and how working with John Lucas has improved his game, apparently Doc dosen't see it; Gerald avgs under 10 min a game. With Red's passing this team needs a positive boost and a run in the playoff is possible with Jones being paired up with Pierce. The celts could use some size at the 2. Plus his money comes off the books in about 2 years when Bron,Wade,and Bosh become free agents, the celtics would be below the cap and we would not need to be because our youth movement would have already started. I know you think the prize is Green, but Jefferson is a potential stud. 6-10, a frame built to put on muscle,more than decent post moves and post passing skills,and arms as long as Bynums with hands even bigger. Think of it Bynum,Turiaf,Jefferson,and Kwame being coached by Cap. Shape your talking arguably...no potentaly the greatest front court EVER. They can have our first and second round picks. Bron, Wade & Bosh all signed contract extensions already. I just think the Celtics can a lot more for Gerald Green. Eddie Jones is on his last legs, and he's not going to give much more than Wally. I doubt the Celtics want Mihm back, and if Luke Jackson couldn't make their team, I have my reservations about Sasha sticking with the Celtics. Maybe swap Mike Miller to Boston and Eddie Jones to Portland. The Blazers could use the cap relief, and Mike Miller would be a solid compliment player with Pierce.
i think your on to something but i dont think any of these clubs would have the guts to pull this off, beside the lakers the three other teams would be getting better or getting worse and its hard to tell if the trade would work for them because it might be bad but it might be good, too risky.

Hah, we basically dump a bunch of players that nobody want. Sasha is not even a quality NBA player, Mihm's an injury prone center, and Aaron Mckie is old. Basically, our pieces are trash compare to what we going to get in those trade. I doubt the trade would go through simply for the fact that you can't trade Mihm unless he's 100% healthy. He must pass a physical test, in which right now he will fail. Aaron Mckie's 2.5mil contract is not that interesting considering most NBA teams already over the cap, and 2.5mil wouldn't change much for them anyway.
That would be a great trade by the Lakers. The only player we would be missing is Brian Cook, considering everyone else hasn't really done squat. Then we bring in two young players with tons of potential, and a good offensive player to come off the bench in Juan Dixon. Obviously this would be a great trade for the Lakers, but I highly doubt the other teams would accept
I think that would be a tremendous trade for the Lakers. Al Jefferson (younger and potential) > Mihm Gerald Green > McKie Juan Dixon > Sasha
