<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">Two anonymous US college students who appear in the 'Borat' movie have filed a lawsuit against the comedian for allegedly getting them drunk before asking them to sign a legal agreement permitting footage of them to be used in the comedy film. The legal document, filed yesterday (09.11.06), begins: "Sacha Baron Cohen is a prankster." The two fraternity brothers - only named as John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 - claim they "have suffered and will continue to suffer humiliation, mental anguish, mental and physical distress and loss of reputation, goodwill and standing in the community in which they live, work and learn."</div> Rest of Story

Besides, you can tell the scene was already setup b/c him being picked up by a bunch of drunken fratboys in a motorhome is just too good to be true. Anyways, this should be the first of many lawsuits against Borat.

*sigh* you know, i'll make this short since i (can't) don't feel like responding. My remark was moreso towards the "only 25,000$" comment. Wow, you catch feelings awfully quickly, there was no harm towards that comment, but wow.

In the movie, when they filmed Khazakistan, they payed people $3 a piece, to film them. The didnt know they were getting taped. And also they gave the guy who taught Borat how to drive $500. He also didnt know about this. And he just found it that the film is a part of a movie, and he is suing Borat.
Well he signed a contract so Borat should put him in Kazahki jail or take him and the others to the edge of the forest and force him to do "bang, bang, bang in another man's anus."
