Big men and turnovers

    whats up with that...it seems to be a bad trend this season...dwight has been a TO machine, 8 last night...yao also had 8 TOs...but he had 35/17/7 blocks

    I'm hoping these are just growing pains from all the double teaming he is suddenly getting. I'm sure he'll get over it soon, remember Shaq in his rookie year? Lead the league in T.O's. (Shaq got double-teamed from the start, it's just now starting for Howard)

    Dwight puts the ball on the floor too much, and gets passed too far out. That's why he has so many turnovers.

    i hate the fact that he keeps the ball below his waist everytime he gets it, that way the guards steal it a lot easier

    He isn't a very good dribbler. That pretty much sums it up!

    Dwight needs to work on getting better positioning near the basket, right on the block. Too many times we give it to him outside of the paint where he has to put it on the floor in order to get shots. If he gets position at the block, he is nearly unstoppable and he only has to dribble it once at most. Once he learns how to get position more effectively, then the turnovers will decrease.
