Glad to see Ellis getting some recognition. Boy is he going to be expensive... [IMG]

Someone please tell me this is one of those false....very false rumours.... i am sitting here watching portland vs minnesota.... wolves announcers just said that a trade reportedly has happened between the Warriors and Blazers...

I almost got sick to my stomach on this one...

Magliore and DIxon for Diogu, Ellis and Foyle

and the moron announcers sat there and pondered it like it was a good deal for the warriors....
if that happens i trade in my junior warrior pin and become a college hoop only fan.

Yeah, as much as I would love to get rid of Foyle, there's just NO way I would part with Monta Ellis right now. He might end up being a career back-up. He might end up being better than Allen Iverson. It's just too early to roll the dice, IMO.

The whole point of getting rid of Foyle is to EXTEND Ellis. So this doesn't make any sense.

And if this is true, I will no longer be a Warriors fan! >:|

Jesus christ... I'm getting all worked up about this. If Mullin even considers this I will explode with fury.

Further on into the telecast they talked more about it ... saying the warriors must really want dixon.... as magliore is fat and out of shape and wont fit in nellie's system... they said from portlands point of view it doesnt make sense because.... foyle is can only do one thing block shots and they have plenty of shot blockers .... so their theory is ike can back up randolph....

a minute later..... craig smith scores and they say, "is there any other player in the nba drafted in the 2nd round that has had more of an impact than craig smith?"

In the discussion of the trade and then that last statement they never once discuss Ellis.... that leads me to believe these clowns dont have a clue what they are talking about.... and relief...

Wow, those guys must be in a cave. Both Diogu and Ellis? C'mon now. Magloire ain't so hot anymore ever since he came to the West Coast. Plus, Dixon is a scorer, not a point. Ellis could be a point. Magloire for us would be a rental type center and he is kind of crappy when it comes to turnovers.
