He hasn't played since the second and third game of the season. It's been two weeks for him to get adjusted. Is he in Van Gundy's doghouse or what? Wish I could see him mesh with this team soon. Anyone know when he'll start playing?
I was thinkin the same damn thing. What the hell is JVG doin!! Bonzi can help the team right now, instead JVG is tryin to make a statement. If Bonzi played last night, we'd done alot better.
I heard this from Radio and Tv. JVG has agreed with Bonzi that when JVG thinks Bonzi is conditioned enough and practiced with team enough, he will play. JVG has also said I will use Bonzi even if he is not 100% ready.
I was wondering the same thing. OMG, think how good we will be when Tmac gets going and with Bonzi back. JVG?
I'm surprized Bonzi hasn't been playing. I'm still optimistic things will go well with him and the Rockets. (did fine with Sac-town) Speaking of offseason acquisitions, it seems Battier has been doing excellent for the Rockets.
I think they're waiting for Bonzi to get in to game shape before they play him. He didn't do much of anything during the offseason while waiting for that contract offer. Once he gets there though, he should be suiting up.

It isn't smart for Bonzi to have an off year. This guy needs to produce to get the contract he wants this offseason. If he doesn't produce then it won't look good.
From what I've read, Bonzi was caught on camera partying it up in a Houston club during his excused absence back in training camp.
