15.8ppg, 3.4rpg, 6.5apg
Ridnour will have a tough time trying to guard AI. He is quick, but he isn't quick enough to guard AI or keep him from dropping 30. He will need to bring his D this game. He doesnt need to score much, and all he needs to do is play tough defense. Remember this guy is coming off a 32 point career night against the Nets, so keep an eye on him.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/ray_allen.jpg[/imgl]SG – Ray Allen
25.5ppg, 3.4rpg, 3.4apg
Ray Allen should drop 40 on Sixers this game. He will be guarded by Kevin Ollie, who is 6'3''. Ray Allen is coming into this game shooting 37% from downtown and 45% from the field. If he isn't played tough defense on, this guy is capable of dropping 40. Dont let him get those wide open 3's because he can shoot the lights out.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/rashard_lewis.jpg[/imgl]SF – Rashard Lewis
23.5ppg, 5.9rpg, 2.5apg
He is recently coming off a 27 points and 11 rebound performance against the Nets. Rashard Lewis will be matched up a good defender, Igoudala. He is Seattle's best 3 point shooter shooting 47% and he is also hot from the field hitting 50%.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/chris_wilcox.jpg[/imgl]PF – Chris Wilcox
12.4ppg, 9.1rpg, 2.1apg
Also coming off a good game, Chris Wilcox scored 22 points and had 9 rebounds against New Jersey. He could go off if Webber falls asleep. Watch out for a highlight dunk by him. The guy is monsterous on the boards also.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/johan_petro.jpg[/imgl]C – Johan Petro
5.1ppg, 4rpg, 0.4apg
Not a type of player Sixers will need to worry about. This game, he will need to bring his rebounding game or else, Sonics frontcourt rebounding could be a problem. He is not a huge rebounder for the height of 7'0''.

Shoot and Score: Soncis average 105 points a game. They have 3 key guys in their starting lineup who can shoot lights out. Even though Ray Allen is struggling going 2-for-14 in the past two games, Rashard Lewis and Luke Ridnour have been have been on fire in that area this season as they've combined to hit nearly 48 percent (34-of-71). If Sonics can get a good FG% from 3 pointers team wise, they have this in the bag.

Rebound: Sonics do not have big rebounders on the team. Their starting center who is 7'0'' only averages 4 rebounds a game while their PF, Chris Wilcox, gets 9.1. Lewis gets 5.9, and Allen about 3. They are not a big rebounding team. They will need to pound the boards to have a chance to win this game.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/allen_iverson.jpg[/imgl]PG – Allen Iverson
29.7ppg, 3rpg, 8.5apg
Playing in his 11th season, Iverson hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. The man is average 30 and 9 at the age of 31. He will be guarding Ridnour this game. He is also coming of a poor performance against Nuggets getting only 21 points, but 9 assists. Iverson has been shooting poor from the arc hitting only 1 out of last 11 attempts in the past 3 games.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/kevin_ollie.jpg[/imgl]SG – Kevin Ollie
3ppg, 2rpg, 3.7apg
He will need to work his asz of. He is job is all defense. He will be guarding Ray Allen. He needs to play all defense, and a little offense. He is coming off a scoreless game against Nuggets scoring 0 points. He is a veteran point guard, that needs to step up big this game.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/andre_iguodala.jpg[/imgl]SF - Andre Iguodala
12.3ppg, 5.8rpg, 4.2apg
Iguodala has stepped his game up. He will need to step it up a bit more. His defense will also be a key in this game since he will hold Rashard Lewis. He is our 3rd option imo, and if he can do his part, the Sixers can pull this one off easily.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/chris_webber.jpg[/imgl]PF – Chris Webber
11ppg, 9rpg, 2.5apg
Still no signs of the same Webber. Chris Webber has been off since the start of the season. I am still waiting to see the dynamic duo of Iverson and Webber. If Webber and AI played like they did last year, Sixers can have a successful season because everyone is waiting to see Webber back.

[imgl]http://www.nba.com/media/playerfile/samuel_dalembert.jpg[/imgl]C – Samuel Dalembert
9.8ppg, 8.7rpg, 0.2apg
Out of all Sixers, he had the best night against Nuggets. He scored 17 points hitting 7-8 shots. He is also averaging 2.3 blocks. He will have an easy night if he can play like he did against Nuggets especially being guarded by Johan Petro.

Defense: Sixers allowed an average of 103.7 points during the three-game skid. Seattle is among the league's top 10 in scoring, so you dont want them to get a 105 ppg night on you. Also, they are shooting 39% from downtown. Sixers need to play tough defense since they are going to need to guard shooters. Dont let them heat up or else they'll catch on fire.

Feed the Duo: I think we should feed the ball to Iverson and Webber more this game. Like Sonics rely on Allen/Lewis, I think we need to give the ball to Webber and Iverson a little more. Iverson is coming off a bad game while Webber is still looking to get his game back. This will give an opportunity for Webber to come back, and Iverson to get his scoring/assists back. If they can do this, you have one of the best duos in the game back to carry your team to the playoffs.

I predict for the Sixers to pull this off 105-101. Sonics have won their past 3 and are 1-1 at home this season. Sixers have dropped their past 3 and are 1-2 on road this season. You really cant tell who has the advantage by numbers, so that is something that might make this game a bit interesting.

Webber is slowing down, and even though he may be able to score still I'd rather feed the Duo of AI and AI2. Great preview though, looks a lot like mine LOL.

LOL. No problem.

BTW I think the game is 9:00 E.T. Because I have it televised here, on RSNW and it says the game is at 7:00 my time (i'm in MT time) which means the game is at 9 ET

Even since the preseason philly's perimiter defense has been terrible. i rarely have seen a shot that was legitamately contested by a sixer player, and if they hope to win they better do that tonight. Iverson always has nice games against the sonics, but the sixers will need korver, dalembert, and igoudala to get involved as well. Hopefully we will see SOMETHING from webber this game. He really doesnt have that much competition from the other team.
