Kings are playing in a few minutes on ESPN against the Grizzlies. This should give us an idea of how well we will play against the Kings. Especially since they are coming to our court and they will have just played the night before!
<div class="quote_poster">Rudeezy Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I definately like our chances tomorrow night on their second half of a back to back.</div> Yeah...but that is what we said about the Lakers game. I suppose this isn't the first game of the season, so maybe there is a difference. Either way, the game vs. the Kings will be fun. The Warriors have to keep a good division record to keep in the playoff hunt. Tomorrow night will be a good night to get the first division win of the season, after losing to the Lakers on the first attempt to get a victory vs an opponent from the Pacific Division. There is a plus(at least for me) since it is on national TV
When did South Dakota grow out his hair all long? I guess Mike Miller got tired of being called "Steve-O" all the time. I don't like that long hair look. He looks like a really ugly woman.

I'm optimistic.
I'm just glad that tonight's game is at the Oracle and not at Arco arena. If anything happens like the Warriors being down to the King's tonight, I feel a lot better about the Warriors making a comeback at the Oracle than at Arco.
Does Sacramento have any centers? If they don't, I believe we can run over them. I'm looking for Biedrins tonight. He might get some low post practice on some power forwards trying to play center tonight. Biedrins = PF body with a center's perimeter offense limitations.
According the the Warriors site Kenny Thomas will be at PF and Shareef at C. I still remember the 180 dunk by Beans on Kenny's head 2 seasons ago.

I guess if they are playing tough perimeter D and we start chucking, they will definitely get the rebounds. Shareef used to be a 20/10 guy. Kenny Thomas can get double doubles too. The perimeter besides Bibby, are supposed to be good defenders. Let's hope Ron Artest has back trouble or something.
Just let Biedris dominate with getting rebounds and putbacks and not so much posting up. The guy who scares me is Kevin Martin. He's silky smooth and fearless. He's their Monta, found money. Artest is a big name and he'll get about 17-19, that's it. Warriors just have to keep the Kenny Thomas/Bibby/Abdur-Raheem in check and don't let someone off the bench like Salmons get off.
The Warriors need to secure the board. This is the main goal for this team for the whole season. But tonight without Ike Diogu, possibly Troy Murphy, and Zarko Cabarkapa, the need to do this is bigger. The Warriors cannot slip up like they did against the Raptors when Andris got into foul trouble and went to the bench, or against the Hornets by giving up all of those offensive rebounds (20+). The Warriors have a much higher possibility to lose doing this against the Kings. The Kings are going to be prepared tonight since their coach is Eric Musselman and this is the first time he has returned to Oakland as a head coach, and I bet he would love nothing else than to kill this team by 30 points, well probably 50 points after how the Warriors management and ownership treated him/kicked him out the door, especially the last half of his second season here when Rowell came out publically and said that Musselman was underachieving. Oh man, this is going to be a tough matchup and a good match. I hope Murphy can play to grab some boards for this team. That will be a major boost.
I agree, this game will be harder than we think... Who will play post D on Shareef? That guy is pretty good inside against soft defenders. The only positive for us is that Shareef is kind of soft as well. So we could run it back at him. He doesn't really block shots or do any dirty work. Martin is a pretty good shooting guard. 92% free throw shooter too.

I am more worried Martin than Shareef!
You guys give too little credit to the Warriors. Warriorsfansnc93 is right, it takes more than one or two players to beat us.
