The Warriors can trade Adonal Foyle and Mike Dunleavy for Webber. Then Webber can be re-united with Don Nelson haha.
WTF. Is it our fault he's shooting piss poor from the field? (.375). Is it also our fault he's on one knee and we kind of have to lower his minutes in order to preserve him for later on?
Hopefully something decent can be arranged, for some younger players. its probably not going to make that big a difference because c-webb really hasnt done anything so far this season.
This is great news now we hold on to him until the end of the year and watch him opt out, giving us huge cap room.
I don't really care if he gets dealt. Then maybe we can start Hunter and Dally together. Anyone got any trade scenario ideas?

Successful Scenario Due to Golden State and Philadelphia being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Golden State and Philadelphia had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Not that I'd do it, but just a scenario that works I believe.
<div class="quote_poster">GameFace Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">This is great news now we hold on to him until the end of the year and watch him opt out, giving us huge cap room.</div> From my experience (Eric Williams to be specific), players will whine and b!tch all year about wanting to go to a new team. But, when they get the choice to go for another year under an overpaying contract or taking less money to play in the right situation, they'll almost always choose the former. Chris Webber doesn't strike as any different. He'll probably want to have his cake and eat it too (stay under contract while still wanting another team).
AnimeFanatic- Yeah, I'm not sure I'm liking the one Sleepy posted either. I mean, Webber's probably going to opt out anyway after this season if we hold on to him, so trading him for 3 cap killers that really don't help that much doesn't really make much sense in my opinion. Dunleavy probably wouldn't fit in well here since we already have a set shooting guard and small forward rotation. Murphy's three pointer and rebounding are nice, but he plays matador defense (you probably already know this) and this season, his production in rebounding has seriously dropped as well, with the presence of a good rebounder (we have our Biedrins in Dalembert). Foyle's ridiculously overpaid, and we already have two similar, younger, and faster players in Dalembert and Hunter. Plus, giving up Hunter in the deal with an unprotected first rounder seems pretty damn insane to me. Hunter in my opinion, has a lot of potential with this team to do well, especially when teamed up and playing alongside Dalembert (two fast, lanky, shotblocking centers in the lineup). Why would we give up a first rounder as well? We're already taking on fairly long and expensive contracts with the cap salary killer trio.
Send him off. Good luck to him trying to find another team with an insane GM to take him and his $25million contract.
I hope the team fines him a solid $100K and then puts him on the inactive list until he apologizes. Let him rot at home on his couch for the rest of the season.
Phili is winning, he should be happy. I don't think more than 3 or 4 teams would be interested in him.

If the team is winning he should be happy, yet he wants to be traded because he's unable to contribute (cause he has one knee).

He will never be anything more than a overpaid bench player for the rest of his career, he just has to find a new niche to stay in the league.

He doesn't really suck, just very imobile, reliant on his jumper, and horrible on defense. With all that being said he still put up 20 and 10 last season.
