Do you think.. Purple to Black jersey

    I was wondering... we all know that the lakers are a franchise of tradition but why dont they try something new... like changing the purple jersey, the road game one, to another color maybe black... i've seen some photo shopped pics of a black/yellow/white laker jersey and they look hot

    Opinions?

    Its always been the purple and gold. I'm surprise they even used the white, well white is really marketable. BUt black?! I dont know .... then you are going to want the silver...and then its not going to be the Lakers...we are going to start looking like the Raiders...ugh!

    Well, it's doesn't really feel Lakerish, but I still like it a lot, because it's the same colors my favourite football (soccer) team, AIK, has.

    The Lakers do sell a black jersey, I think Nike or Reebok came out with it. I know I've seen them in stores and people walking around in them.

    Personally I like the throwback Blue/White jersey.

    The purple and gold should never be altered. There's a certain legacy associated with it and it's so recognizable.

    I agree. Purple and Gold forever! The black is nice, I would sport it, but to take away the purple would be taking away our legacy.

    The purp and yellow have to be together!! LOL.. you cant switch off one for the other.. Shape is right.. We'd look like the Queens. lmao
