Art Shell has been hired as the new Head Coach. I'm glad, his first time with the team was pretty sucessful. It'll be interesting to see how him and Moss interact.
Eh i dont know if he'll be able to turn the Raiders around. We'll just see but i think it might take a few years and patience.
The raiders are in so much cap hell i dont think they will be able to climb out of it for a long time

The Raiders are perennial under achievers. Art Shell is a great coach and a fantastic motivator. He'll get the best out of everyone on the field. I'm so glad he's getting another chance...
I expect they will have to let go of Charles Woodson because he has a huge cap number. I also think they will let go of Warren Sapp because they already have ted washington in the middle
