My day so far: It's only 11:02 am here. got up at 5:50 am brushed my teeth, washed my face and combed my hair had breakfast and left home at 6:20. Parked at the park and ride and caught the bus at 6:30 Stepped outta the bus trying to avoid the puddle of rain, instead stepped in a pothole, sprained my ankle and i was in pain Sittin here at work, bored as hell Thought about checkin JBB, had nothing to do so might as well Stumble upon this thread and see Umair doin nothin but the usual, talkin about his kicks and how he wears south pole while he mowed some dudes lawn and afterwards got a happy meal, not tryin to dis on anyone, just tryin to have some fun can't wait till lunchtime...but now I gotta get my work done on time. Sorry Umair, I couldn't resist. I saw that my first two lines rhymed, so I thought why not combine my day and a ryhme.
so far today is going alright. I started working at blockbuster a week ago so I'm looking forward to my shift starting Thursday. Yup...I'm working thanksgiving night. anyway, I had a far more interesting day on friday night. I was working the night shift at blockbuster, and every day some retard kid calls about 10 times a day asking about Playstation 3. Everytime he calls, which ever employee picks up yells his name out to the rest of us...."It's Sergio". On Friday night I picked the phone up and with the way this guy talks you could tell he is mentally retarded. So I yell out it's sergio and then sergio asks me...So do you guys have PS3 on hold for me. And everybody in the store always replies, "no sergio we have not recieved any copies and we wont for a while". And its true...PS3 only released 400,000 copies in the U.S. The blockbuster i work at hasn't even recieved one to put on the floor for people to play. We won't start selling them until far into December. So I hang up the phone and he calls in about an hour asking the same thing. i picked up again....lol. It's a fun job though. Ever since PS3's release, we've been recieving a 100 calls daily asking if we have any for sale. At this point, we mess around with every customer that calls about the PS3. I told a customer once that we only sell the PS3 in bundels of 5 and that if he wanted to buy one he would have to pay 10000 dollars for the entire bundel. The guy cussed me out and me and my co-workers got a laugh out of it. good times.
I think I aced my "Scientific Revolution" test. Then I was so exhausted that I fell asleep in my "World Religions" class and completely missed a film about Islam. I think its just the movie setting that makes me fall asleep, because I fell asleep last week during a movie about Jesus Christ. Skipped class, because I knew I couldn't stay awake, and came home by 11:30 AM and just woke up a couple hours ago. Essay time!
