Stern really does give the impression that he's trying to turn the NBA into a fascist organization sometimes. If he starts putting restrictions on how long players are alowed to grow their hair and what theyre allowed to say about the refs to each other in the locker rooms we should just start calling him Dacid Stalin.
i wonder... these fines keep getting more and more outrageous but there seems to be no limit on how much Stern can fine people for critisizing his precious officials at his whim. what's to stop him from fining people tens of millions or billions of dollars?

And if Stern wanted to try to enforce a huge fine, Cuban could take him to court over it as an unreasonable and excessive levy that breaks away from good faith adherence to the contract.
Why do I get this tingly feeling of facism down my spine whenever I here a new rule is being used by David Stern?
