(5-4) @ (4-7) When: Monday, November 20, 2006 Where: Seattle, KeyArena Playing the same team twice in a week makes it easy sometimes cause you start to know how the other team plays. The Nets are visiting the Sonics. The Nets have lost their last game against the Portland Trail Blazers and the Sonics have lost their lost game against the Golden State Warriors. Both teams are coming of losses so they will play hard to get back on the right track. Richard Jefferson is questionable for the game. Nets Starting Lineup: (Jason Kidd, Vince Carter, Antonie Wright, Jason Collins, Nenad Krstic) Nets Leaders: Points: Vince Carter (27.6) Rebounds: Jason Kidd (8.2) Assists: Jason Kidd (8.6) Sonics Starting Lineup: (Luke Ridnour, Ray Allen, Rashard Lewis, Chris Wilcox, Johan Petro) Sonics Leaders: Points: Ray Allen (26.5) Rebounds: Chris Wilcox (9.5) Assists: Luke Ridnour (6.5)
Nets' Keys to victory:
[*]Contain the big 3- Last game the Nets' had trouble defending, Rashard Lewis, Ray Allen, and surprisingly Luke Ridnour who scored a career high 32 points. Kidd will have to step up defensively as Ridnour will attack the basket. [*]Play Defense- Last week when these 2 teams played the Nets allowed 119 points. The Nets will have to play better team defense to stop the Sonics from their high scoring. [/list] Prediction: The Sonics won the last game against the Nets, so the Nets are looking for revenge. I see the Nets winning by 7. Game Predictions: 1. Who will lead the Nets in scoring? 2. Who will lead the Nets in rebounds? 3. Who will lead the Nets in assists? 4. How many three's will Vince Carter make? 5. Will Jason Kidd get a triple double? 6. Who will win and what will be the score?

Wouldn't be as bad if I didn't have to wake up at 6:30 for school tomorrow.
Man that was a sexy move by Wright. At first I got scared when he went behind the back. I thought he would lose it.
What is going on? Can someone explain it to me? We play a great first half, and then just start collapsing in the second half. We are playing like another young bad team. It's early but we need to get it together NOW. I mean we have Vince missing shots left and right, as well as turning over the ball. Even J, is making some mistakes. We need to get our ish together or not play at all. Kidd 6 pts 9 rebs 8 asts Carter 27 pts 3 rebs 3 asts Jefferson 9 pts 4 rebs Krstic 16 pts 8 rebs Wright 11 pts 11 rebs Williams 8 pts 4 asts
Sorry, but I'm really dissappointed with the loss to Seattle. I expected the Nets to bounce back from the beating they had at home. Jason Kidd had 6 pts., 9 reb., and 8 ast. in 3 quarters and the Nets were up 70-66. But for some reason again, the offense wasn't going through Kidd. I just don't get it. Kidd took 6 shots, 1 attempt in the closing seconds of the game. Jason Kidd had no points, 2 rebounds, and no assists in the 4th. The Nets can't win that way. Kidd works hard for the first 3 quarters and they don't get him involved in the crucial stages? If that's the case, why put Kidd in at all? It's always the same DAMN story... We can't expect Carter to do it alone. When the Nets win, it's because of Carter, Kidd and Jefferson. Not just because of Kidd, not just because of Jefferson and not just because of Carter. The Nets had 14 shots in the 4th. 14 shot attempts and 4 made. Carter missed all 5 attempts from the field and was 4 of 6 from the line.
