I think the Raps should be like Dallas and hire some more assistant coaches or u can say "staff" members, especially to develop the youth faster and get all of the players on the same page quicker and easier. It would take a load of the 3 assistant or 2 , the Raps have now too. Hire a big man assistant coach (ala Kareem Abdul-Jabar for Lakers), develop Slokar, Pope, Andrea etc.. And hire a defensive coach (someone like Kevin O'Neill who's better off as an assistant) That would help the Raps a lot IMO.
