    its all down hill from here...soon he will be stealing things and leading police cars on chases...its just bound to happen...oh the mary j...yam yam...shanghi sally (actually names for crack)...

    I read on NFL.com that he never failed a drug test, as he was in India, finding his soul, or whatever he does over there.

    Anyway, he was over there during the test, therefore, he did not fail it. He just failed to take the test, missing it, which is the same penalty as failing it.

    Then, the next question is how does the NFL notify Ricky that it's time to test? Does he have a regular schedule or is the testing random? I'm curious to see if Ricky just skipped the test or did the NFL fail to give him proper notification as to when he would be tested again.

    Ricky is appealing. He tested positive for another substance but it wasn't marjuana.

    yea thats wrong he took a test though he was in India, it wasnt pot though no one knows what substance it was, hes facin a year though
