Cream - Wheels of Fire: Not a bad album at all, but it doesn't stack up to their previous two. "White Room" was my favourite track and I thought the 2nd CD of live tracks was a nice bonus. Eric Clapton - Me and Mr. Johnson - I haven't had the time to seriously listen to this album, but I was intrigued by the concept. Robert Johnson's music was pretty incredible and you can see his influence in so many of the blues rock guitarists of the 60's/70's. Jimi Hendrix - Woke Up This Morning and Found Myself Dead: I only picked this one up because it was so cheap. But its a pretty awesome live album and my favourite of the 3 so far. I had only heard one of the songs before and the rest consisted of some covers where he just let loose (including one's of "Tomorrow Never Knows" and "Sunshine of Your Love"). Jim Morrison from The Doors was apparently in the club and randomly comes up and starts singing on a couple of the tracks (sounded drunk, though). I'm saving up money to buy Hip Young Guitar Slinger. It's a compilation of a lot of his pre-Zeppelin session work and had of bunch of songs that intrigued me. Saw it randomly at Soundscapes but didn't have enough money on me at the time.

Shadows Fall- Threads of Life
Saw them live a couple of weeks ago, totally awesome got the cd signed and crap, great album!

I picked up American Gangster by Jay-Z last night, and just downloaded The Inevitable Rise and Liberation of NiggyTardust! by Saul Williams tonight. Looking forward to giving that second one out a listen tomorrow.

My recent (past couple of months) acquisitions are the new Chris Brown one, Common, Craig David - Born to Do It (First Album), Kano - London Town, Nelly - Suit, all of Michael Buble's stuff, Rihanna - Good Girl Gone Bad, Sean Kingston. So a few, across all categories virtually, lol.
