<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> Former Indiana Pacers star Reggie Miller said Heat fans shouldn't be too concerned about the team's early-season struggles. But he did question whether Dwyane Wade will be playing at the same high level they have grown accustomed to come playoff time. "My only concern is if he's going to get worn down," said Miller, who visited Dolphins headquarters to film an interview with defensive end Jason Taylor that will air during TNT's telecast of tonight's Heat-Pistons game. "He's played a lot of basketball, going into late June winning a championship, then playing for his country, and turning around a month later you're in training camp for the NBA. Is he going to have enough juice come April, May and June?" He also said the same goes for the veterans on the team. "Pat Riley really built this team on experience," said Miller. "Right now he's letting his youth carry him, which is great. This Heat team was designed to get to May and June with Alonzo [Mourning] and Gary Payton. I mean once those guys get to there, that's when I think [Jason] Kapono and Dorell Wright will take a step back. Then you let experience rise up. "When you get to the playoffs, there's no back-to-back [games]. There's a lot of time to rest. Right now, when you've got four games in five nights and you've got guys that are 34 and 35, that's a little too much. So let the young guys kind of carry you until it's time to play, really after the All-Star Game."</div> Source
Well dont wait too long because you'll end up in a low seed in the playoffs or even possibly missing the playoffs. But then again, in the East it dont matter if your just in the .500 mark. Even below the .500 mark a team could still make the playoffs.
