which division do y'all think is better? Every team in the pacific can make the playoffs this year (Lakers, Suns, Kings, Warriors, Clippers) while the same can be said for The Southwest (except Memphis, but we have a looong way to go before season's end). The worst team for the Pacific are .500 while the Southwest's is .270. At the same time, the Southwest has two title contenders, while the Pacific only has one. So which division do you think is better?
The SW has the two best teams in the NBA (Spurs and Mavs). And I like the Rockets over any team in the Pacific other than the Suns. I'd say Southwest.
It's really close but I'd have to say Southwest as well. But, the Suns and Clips are underperforming so far, Pacific division has almost every team improved and will be right there later in the year.

They have the two top-tier teams, but i'd take the Lakers over the Rockets. At the same time, the clippers are underacheiving and Golden State has been better than expected especially with Don Nelson at the helms.
I'd say Southwest since they have Dallas and SA, the best teams in the league, as well as the Rockets who are also very good. Pacific is more well rounded though, with its worst team, the Clippers, at .500. The Pacific division is definitely the second best division in the league though.
Southwest is better but Pacific is not that far behind. Southwest is definitely the toughest division to play in the NBA with the Spurs and Mavs.
Well, every team in the Pacific can win their division. Only SA or Dallas will win the SW. I think Pacific is better overall but SW has two powerhouse teams.
