    Discuss.

Close game, both Yao and McGrady are having subpar scoring nights.

DaRocket, I just deleted your thread (made at the exact same time) so it wouldn't be confusing having two game threads.

Did you all forget Rockets game tonight? [IMG]

BTW, ROX did not have a good game till now but seems they start to play right now with 3.02 remaining in the 3rd.

    Rockets 62 - 61 Wolves.</div>

I can't believe Marco Jaric is shutting down She-Mac.

    I can't believe we're shooting so poorly.

To anyone who's watching, is it because our offense is ridiculously bad or their defense is ridiculously good?

Terrible offense of course. Yao had a bad night and T-Mac had the same catastrophic shoot selection. How long we are gonna wait for him?

I'm telling you guys She-Macs shot selection is terrible!!!!Jumper after jumper and not attacking the basket, not drawing fouls. And let's not forget the Rockets live and die by the three, a proven low percentage shot!! It may get us by now but anyone who knows basketball also knows that doesn't fly in the playoffs.

Minnesota played very good defense, which they're quite capable of (5th best defensive team in the league). That, and our two stars played like crap.

    True. True.

This is the second game in a back to back. T-Mac and Yao did well last night, so cut them some slack. Plus Minnesota's 'stifled' them on defense.

Offense sucked. The team looked tired in that long dry spell they went into.

With KG playing free safety both PF weakness stuck out, but with Juwan's shot looking uglier every game, I honestly thought they should have run Chuck TMac pick and roll more, getting layups at the basket not jumpers.

I'm still surprised not to see Novak in for at least 1 shot to see if he makes it, especially in the O droughts the Rockets have late in gamess.

If it aint TMac in the 4th, Rockets are in trouble, I think Yao tires and the double teams come harder. His shot is comming back game by game, not soon enough.

Could Bonzi help? I'll leave it at that.
Well, aint that why we got him, 3rd scorer. Right now would be a good time for him with K.Snyder injured and VSpan less than stellar. Just like Snyder, if they stopped shooting 3's, they would be twice as valuable to the team.

And I've ended the same way the last couple times,
L.Head needs more shots. If he shooting 50 percent, he needs shots until that goes down to around 40% from 3pt. More shots. Right now he could be starting, TMac the playmaker, Skip off the bench. Luther hit the rookie wall last year after the same kind of start.

L.Head is the future outside player around Yao, and next contract that needs to be planned for. I hope nobody thinks about dealing him.
