If I were him, I would get it taken out. There is no reason not to get it out. If it hurts bad enough to where he skipped a practice, imagine catching an elbow in the region.
Another brilliant post. It's relevant because root canals and wisdom tooth removals are pretty painful, and he is likely to miss the Suns game.
