Let me take a wild guess, he's going to deny it ever took place.

Why would you guys trade Iggy? Iggy is the biggest part of this team if AI leaves. I think you could trade AI to ATL for Josh Smith/or J-Chillz, Solomon Jones, and some cap eaters....

most likely imo is celtics, they would probably give up rondo, a pick, and maybe another player but thats about it.

I said some, not 1.....some is a key word [IMG] They could throw in Claxton to eat up some cap since his contract isn't that long and he hasn't done much this year. They could take some cap too......can't they [IMG]

ATL is far enough under the cap to absorb AI's contract. They don't have to match salary to acquire AI. However, I don't know if Atlanta would kill their cap room to acquire another guard or CWebb.

There's been a lot of teams mentioned, and it's to be expected. Plenty of teams could use AI's scoring and experience. Plus he's still a huge draw for ticket sales.

If Iverson is traded to an Eastern Conference team, the Sixers will want more.

Celtics had their chance to get AI, they passed, the 76ers would have traded AI to Boston if they drafted Randy Foye, but they choose Rando instead. I think he goes to Minnesota in return for picks, Randy Foye, and several others.

I just remembered that I saw Seattle might be willing to make a move the other day to get better, headlined by a Shard rumor.

    How bout this.....

    Philly sends:
    AI
    Bobby Jones
    Louis Williams

    Seattle sends:
    Shard
    Fortson
    Watson
    2 future 1sts

I'd like to see Allen team up with KG. A couple more solid pieces and they could win a championship.

I agree with GameFace, I see Iverson going to Minny for Foye + filler + picks.

Damn, Brian Colangello needs to make some offers LOL! I'd love to see Iverson pair up with Bosh in Toronto!

How would Ford + MoPete + Graham sound? LOL

Well just watched the press conference on CSN. Billy didn't really reveal anything...except for kind of hinting that he was looking for a trade.

I hear Iverson asking for trades every year, and they never happen. So I dont see anything different now. Plus (I maybe wrong), but I remember Iverson saying he wants to spend the rest of his career in Philly.

He never asked directly for a trade before it was always newspapers/ the Sixers looking to trade him. What I find funny is that when Cheeks got to Philadelphia AI said "if you got a problem with Mo Cheeks there something wrong with you" yet he has had numerous issues with Cheeks throughout the season.

so i'll make this discussion more interesting- ai. to la for lamar odom and fillers. imagine that- iverson and kobe on the court together. phil jackson would age another 10 years but if they could ever work together (highly unlikely), the lakers are instant contenders.

I'm pretty sure Iverson doesnt ask for trades every year. Maybe, you hear Iverson trade rumours, but not him asking for a trade.

Iverson and Kobe seems good in theory, but with how well the Lakers are playing right now, and have meshed together I doubt you want to mess up that chemistry by adding a player like Iverson.
