Welcome to the site. The 76ers have much better offers than what you suggested. 2. Smush Parker played very well against the Spurs, so his starting job is safe for now. I also think PJax likes having Farmar come off the bench to provide a spark. 3. Sasha has blown every opportunity given to him.
welcome to the forum.. ur about the only person who does want iverson. i think ur giving up to many people. i would keep smush, he is decent and so is farmar. there is really no use for sasha. with luke startin and farmar comin of bench, we dont need him and he is not doing good in the times he has played. kobe and iverson on the same team,idk, its unbeleivable on paper but not right for our team and the chemistry we have.
Maybe Iverson and Kobe cant play together, but if Kidd, Carter and Jefferson can do it, why Kobe and A.I. not? There are a lot of examples: lebron a hughes, billups and hamilton, and even jordan and pippen. They are stars, and they comunicate. For me, Iverson could be a good PG (as i understand, hes playing as SG), if you see, hes giving 7 assist shoting every ball he gets. If he understand that Kobe is the star, maybe he can give us 10 assist, and we need it. Another: do you think we would sign a new player before trade deadline, like Jim Jackson last year? If any coach could get Iverson/Kobe to function together it's the Zen Master, but the players your offering for Iverson aren't anywhere close to what the 76ers are looking for. Unless you are willing to give up Odom or Bynum, then the 76ers wouldn't give you the time of day. Yes we should sign another free agent before the deadline because we are a big man short with Mihm out. Our team could also use another perimeter defender to take some defensive pressure off of Kobe.
Not only are the players he is suggesting are not players the 76ers want but we dont match the salaries in a trade scenerio. We would have to include Odom or Kwame.
