He is going about this all the wrong way. He is starting to look like a real ass. Now I hope we trade him and work something out to get a decent draft pick for him. If we are able to go out, pick up Brees and dump Culpepper, I'll be happy.
Hopefully someone takes a 2nd rounder. That gives them 2 first rounder and a first rounder. Maybe if young or Cutler drops then package something and move up to get one of them. The Niners and Jets both are rumored to want too trade down. Vikings are also said to be pursuing Drew Brees and going after him badly. This might've been the reason why Culpepper had enough. If they can sign Brees that'd be great. Taken Brodie Croyle who I think can be a great QB if he stays healthy in round 2 and grooming him behind Brad Johnson might be a possibitly. My opnion though Drew Brees or Brad Johnson will be the starter for the Vikings next year. If it's Johnson your looking at a rookie as the backup that's being groomed for the future.

That would be ideal . . . at least for us bears fans
Hes gonna have to probly be terminated soon because that huge bonus comes to play in the cap if he stays too long
interesting...he was to get 6mill in bonus...hes going to the raiders...i can see it now... here we are folks the reality show thats sweeping the nation, Raider Drama...will moss finally accept culpepper, this episode will decide it all...and Al Davis will add a new twist... that would be quite a show if it were...

They barely have enough to sign their rookies, so unless they release a big name Dante isnt going to the Raiders

I wish Cardinals didnt give Kurt Warner that extension because the Cardinals have a whole lot of money they could have gave Culpepper to get the ball to those 3 great WRs. Other possibilties: Miami, Ravens, Saints (trade Brooks to vikes)
Culpepper would look good in a Browns Jersey to bad they can't land sqat for free agents every year because they continue to suck. Culpepper won't land there anyway and thats right oakland doesn't have enough money

With the new cap agreement the Raiders could make room for Peps. It would take a lot of work but they could do it. Unlikely though. Browns have Charlie Fyre who appears to be the future so definatley rule them out. Tough call where he'll land. If he's cut I can see the Ravens taken a strong look at him.
Pep please get out of the NFC North! Send him to the AFC East or somewhere far away from us! As long as he's no longer the Thorn in the Packers side I'll be happy!
Sorry for saying this but, about the comment on Randy Moss and Culpepper. REUNITED AND IT FEELS SO GOOD!
When talking about Culpepper, why does it sound like everyone has forgotten that he shredded his knee last year? The talk makes it sound like a foregone conclusion that Culpepper will be able to return to his old form. Considering that he stunk last year, before tearing up his knee, I would think that he would have very little trade value. A clean bill of health would raise his stock, but I haven't heard anyone say that his knee is in good shape.

I was born at night, but not last night. I remember all of the drama that the Moss/Culpepper combo produced in Minnesota. I remember all the mudslinging that took place as Moss was shown the door. Who are they trying to fool? Culpepper is no innocent lamb in all of this. He disgraced his team on the Love Boat, now he wants to blame him for the way he's being treated. The real reason the Vikings are ready to dump Culpepper is because they want him to be a leader, but he continues to act like a little baby. I'm praying that Culpepper goes to Oakland because I absolutely don't want to see him in Miami.

Forget the possibility of the Vikings signing free-agent quarterback Drew Brees of the Chargers. Word within NFL circles is that Brees' surgically repaired shoulder was more damaged than many people know. Quarterbacks who might intrigue the Vikings would seem to be Aaron Brooks of the Saints and Brian Griese of the Buccaneers. -- St. Paul Pioneer Press
