Madison has some gas left in the tank but I wouldn't expect too much. Adding that malcontent Arrington will not be as much help as you believe.

I hope Arrington goes far away from the NFC because he is a beast. Or he could come to carolina

Madison agreeing to join the Giants hasn't been announced on NFL.com yet or ESPN, so we'll have to wait and see if it's true or not, I guess.

I think its a plus because shisty will allen is gone and madison is a proven CB, his age concerns me but Ill take him anyday over Will Allen

Sam Madison is good. But they need to draft a corner in the draft to go opposite him. and Webster can be the nickel back. That would make for a good secondary. But they will never be able to stop the best WR in the game aka STEVE SMITH.

Honestly it's a good signing but not the signing that puts your team on the map. Lavar in my opinion wouldn't do that either. I think the Giants overacheived this season. That's my opinion and I very well could be wrong but I think it'll take more than Madison and Arrington to put them in the NFC Elite cateogory.

Edit: I also heard Arrington wants to sign with Philly.

I also think next year the only elite teams in the NFC will be Seattle, Carolina, and yes Washington. Dallas, Chicago, and the Giants are a step below but could take the necassary step up. I think if one of those 3 do so it'll be Dallas. Again though this is just speculation. A lot can and will happen.

Why is he going to sign with the Eagles for? Didn't the Eagles bring in another linebacker by the name of Shawn Barber?

There in the market for two new starters. Barber was signed for a one year deal as well. Likely as a backup.

Hey man were all ntitled to our own opinions. I just dont see how we can do worse. Eli has another year under his belt, he will be on page ith shockey and Plaxico. Tiki is a beast.

The whole thing is the giants havent been predicted to win more than 9 games (THROUGH THE MEDIA) in over 10 years. The giants have been teh team that rises up from teh dead every couple of year. With Strahan and Osi playing incredible football and a revamped secondary I cant see us not winning 10.

Dallas is garbage, they are the most overrated team in the nfl every offseason. Ive been hearing Cowboys will go over that hump every year for teh last 5 or so years. Washington has potential but they dont have playmakers.

    Yeah . . .
Madison = good signing if it is a back loaded deal
Arrington = bad signing unless it is league minimum

Arrington has alll the talent in the world but he doesn't seem to be real durable or really team oriented.

haha I'd expect a Giant fan to say that. Don't get me wrong I very well could be wrong but Eli's play at the end of the year was awful. The defense didn't play well either.

I think Washington takes the divsion with playmakers like Clinton Portis and Santana Moss. Dallas and NYG compete for the WC.
