And earlier the knicks forum had more viewers then the lakers forum

<div class="quote_poster">AKIRA Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">No, it ruined the game, either you are watching NBA basketball or you are watching wrestling. basketball is not about fighting.</div> Thats exactly how i was trying to word it. <div class="quote_poster">Umair Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">This was a crazy fight though. Who do you guys think won? I think Knicks whooped some @$$</div> People in these forums need to grow up. Why would you worry about what team won the fight? Thankfully no one is seriously hurt and outside of Melo's cheap shot on Collins no one connected with any substantial blows. If I want to see someone get their ass kicked I am going to watch a boxing match. I don't go to a basketball game to see a fight. If it happens b/c of something legitimate than so be it but in this case the only person that I thought had a legitimate beef to start throwing hands was J.R. Smith. All of the other people involved in this brawl in my mind just were looking to up their street credibility. It really wasn't that serious. I've seen much worse flagrant fouls that didn't remotely come close to this. The veteran players understand the ramifications of all of this hooting and hollering after there is a raucous on the floor. They try to deescalate the situation and if they see a teammate in trouble then they will come to their defense. No teammate was in trouble with the exception of Collins after he was hit in the face by Melo and Smith and Robinson when they were wrestling by the stands, making all of the other bullshit that happened in the brawl completely unnecessary. I applaud Jared Jeffries for coming to the defense of Collins but everything else was simply posturing. Again, for all of the people who are going to talk about who is tough for wanting to go to blows or who was pussy for running just remember their are a whole lot of people who are locked up or dead for trying prove themselves as a tough guy. When you have to defend yourself you have to defend yourself but if you are going to instigate a brawl you better be willing to deal w/ the fallout. I don't know too many people in the league or in this forum that is "Down w/ whatever." There is a reason why NBA players are referred to as "professional athletes." Wasn't shit professional about that game's ending.
Guys, chillax. I kicked Umair's immature ass of the computer. Its under control. But man, im feeling a bit sad. For my man Melo. He was finally playing like an allstar, leading the league in points. I've never liked Nate and after this, I NEVER WILL. What an idiot!
<div class="quote_poster">Umair Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">whoever is on top at the end wins. And it was Nate.. So..</div> So because he fell ontop of J.R Smith means he wins the fight? Oh ok, I never knew it was that simple, lol. No one won the "fight", as AKIRA said, it wasnt even a proper fight, it was a mere altercation with a punch thrown. This is what a fight looks like: Invalid Video Link It was a stupid situation which only erupted once Nate "Street Cred" Robinson ran his big mouth and got up in J.R Smiths face when the Knicks were the ones at fault.
<div class="quote_poster">phunDamentalz Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">I guess you missed Carmelo's cheap shot... I agree with deceptions post in the Nuggets forum. New York had nothing to lose, and they suck so it doesn't matter to them. But man, did they ruin Denver's season?! Im pissed if Carmelo's out! Nate Robinson should be suspended for the rest of the season for goin around and acting like he's about to punch everyone. What an idiot!

To me, this was a cool fight which was tight because we barely have any nba fights. I love nba and its fights. I personally thought the fight was tight. Even though someone would've gotten hurt, a fight is a fight. A fight entertains people right? You guys may think I am immature, but the fight was pretty tight. I am not trying to look at this fight in a big picture like the suspensions and all. It was a fight involved with a lot of people which I thought was enterainting. Even though this may not be wrestling, a fight in nba is always fun to see. You guys may think its immature, but I am 15 and thought it was entertaining and funny.

Dude it would've been dangerous if it was a 5 minute one on one fight, but this thing was a quick second punch to each other. I understand it could've been dangerous if someone got hurt, but if you look at it the other way around, no one got hurt. No one died, but I guess I am wrong for think that. My bad.

Look, we all know the fight was wrong, we all know the NBA is not the place for these kind of acts to be happening, BUT, we would all be kidding ourselves if we said we didnt enjoy seeing it.
