I'd say Hedo. I had high hopes for him and even before his injury, he didn't really produce what he should. I'm just waiting for him to break out towards the end of the season again like last year and start getting in a rhythm. Jameer Nelson is a close 2nd for me. I expected him to get a lot of assists and be the consistent scorer that we needed. He hasn't done either. Third would be Darko Milicic. While he has done pretty good in his minutes and I'm not too disappointed with his play. I'm disappointed that he hasn't been able to wrestle the starting spot or more minutes away from Tony Battie.
I'd say: Nelson, Battie, and then Hedo. Battie is supposed to try to battle hard to keep his starting spot. He hasn't done anything to impress me this season. Surprisingly enough, he still holds that starting PF sport. Nelson hasn't been the player I've wanted from him. I expected at least 6apg with at least 16ppg. Hedo, now with the injury is going to be worse than he has been doing so hopefully he can contribute in the middle of the season.
Jameer Nelson, I expected alot of big things from him this season but it has not happened I hope he gets better after the AS break.
LOL yeah Franchise I know what you're talking about. Darko hasn't done much to impress me. There's definitely a lot of improvement needed for Darko.
i wanna say hedo but i never felt like he was gonna come in this season and just blow us away, he has played his role right but he just needs to hit his shoots. The person that has been most disappointing def has to be nelson. I thought he was gonna run this offense and we were gonna have an unstoppable 2 team tandem with him and howard but so far he has struggle just 2 keep his starting job. I know he has it in him, he just needs to get comfortable and be a little bit more patient
It has to be Darko, but my expectations might have been too high for him. From the way he played down the stretch last season, I thought he was finally turning the corner on his career. Having the additional motivation of playing in a contract year, I thought he would give Orlando a steady 15/7/2 blocks a night. Up to this point he's been very inconsistent with his production. He should have been the one player to take advantage of the opportunities with the injuries to Hill and Hedo.
I would say Hedo and then Jameer. Last season during our 16-6 (I think) stretch, Hedo was our main scorer, averaging 20+ppg. This season I knew that Dwight was going to be one of the team's first options, so I didn't expect Hedo to average 20 a game, I expected him to average 15+ppg, but he isn't even averaging 10ppg this year. In fact, the only thing that has risen is his turnovers per game. I expected 16/6 from Jameer this year, so he hasn't met my expectations, but he isn't doing to bad either. I just expected him to get more minutes and rack up the assists.

Jameer definitely hasn't shown that he can be the elite playmaker that I envisioned him to be. If he get 5+ assists a game and scored at a more consistent rate then I wouldn't be so disappointed. He has an ugly assist to turnover ratio as well.
My most disapointing Magic player would have to be Darko. I think we all expected him to come in this season and secure the starting job with ease. He's playing for a new contract this offseason and from what I've seen so far, he's just another mediocre big man. I defended him last year when he showed some potential but right now, that's all he is. A lot of potential and I hope he can start to develop into the player that we all expected him to be.
