<div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post">As his team pushes to get back to .500 for the first time since the season's sixth game, Riley pointed to Jan. 5 as the latest date he'd like to have that objective met.

That's when the Heat opens a six-game, two-week western swing that includes tests against the Suns, Jazz and Lakers.

"We've got to get real about where we are," Riley said before his team faced the Bucks at the Bradley Center. "If we're going to get any better, then over the next four or five games, we've got to prove it defensively and before we go out on that long road trip."

Before the Heat heads west, it has home games against the Warriors, Lakers, Nets and Clippers, as well as road games in Chicago and Orlando.</div>

IIRC, for the season, since Shaq got injured, they're .500 in the games Wade has played, 10-10, and Wade has been killing it, so that's a positive for them.

This is a goal Miami will fail to accomplish.

Walker and Posey are being made scapegoats to get Shaq in shape.
