I just watched an interview they did with him at today`s practice and one thing he said that stuck out to me was: "I don`t have time to rebuild, I just want to win." What do you guys think, if the Sixers don`t pick up any kind of pace, will Webber be demanding a trade next? Gah, what a mess.

Well, I won't actually miss Webber as much, so I'm all for it.

Webber has his huge contract expiring in two years. There definitely will be suitors for him, but I'm pretty sure Billy King has plans of letting CWebb's contract expire as a Sixer.

Well, doesn't he have a player option after this season? If he really wants to win, then I guess he will opt out of his 20 million dollar deal, and go elsewhere. Only problem is, no team will ever be crazy enough to give him that type of money anymore. I don't see the Sixers trading him before the deadline because there just isn't anyone interested in a one legged cancer player getting paid 20 million a year. If he really wants to win bad enough, then he will opt out this off-season and take a huge pay-cut. If he decides not to opt out, then he better stop whining and come play. Because he knows as well as we all know, that nobody would take on his huge contract in a trade.

At the end of the season we will see just how much he wants to win. If he comes back then obviously money means more to him.
