    The Lakers play:

    New Jersey
    Miami
    Orlando
    Charlotte
    Philly
    Sacramento

You think we can go on a 6-0 run against these teams? IMO these are all winnable games... And it would be good to rack up the win before the back to back game against sac and denver than another one against dallas

I'd be satisfied with 3-3, but 4-2 is do-able in the next 6 games. 5 of those games are on the road.

I think they're all winnable, but the fact that 5 of them are on the road makes me worry. I'm looking at 4-2, and if we do any better than that, it'll be a nice late Christmas present for us Laker fans I suppose.

    New Jersey - win
    Miami - win
    Orlando - lose
    Charlotte - win
    Philly - win
    Sacramento - win

To be honest with you, I think we have a chance of going 5-1, the sole loss being against Orlando. All the up-coming games we play are all very winnable IMO. None of the teams mentioned above really scare me. New Jersey will be a tough task tonight, but they don't really scare me. Miami has been horrible thus far into the season, Orlando is the only team on the list that actually worries me, but to be honest, that game is very winnable as well. Charlotte is winnable, Philly is winnable, and Sacramento is winnable. Obviously we are going to underestimate some teams down the stretch, so I don't think we will go undefeated. But 5-1 is a good goal to aim at.

For some reason Charlotte always gives us a rough time. I remember Matt Carroll had a career game against us last year.

    Here's my predictions:

New Jersey - lose (let down game)

Miami - win (lakers have risen to the occassion for big games all season long, miami hasn't)

Orlando - win (magic are injury riddled, lakers ride the confidence from the miami win for another big win)

Charlotte - lose (let down game, Bobcats seem to have our number very season, and fatigue sets in here)

Philly - win (blowout win for the lakers)

Sacramento - win (kings have been a disaster lately, and artest's knees are hurting)

Lakers split their first two road games with New Jersey and Miami, which is solid. We're 4-4 without Odom, which is respectable since the team got off to a quick start and took advantage of a favorable home-loaded schedule.

The Orlando game is going to be tough, but the Magic have been struggling recently with injuries. If we lose in Orlando we have to be Charlotte, and I expect us to beat Philly at home. I'd love to see us go 3-0 to close out the year, but 2-1 is satisfactory.

Yeah, a road win over Orlando. 106-93. I'm very happy right now, but Kobe was off again. 27 points is OK. But he shot 8-22 from the field, 0-3 from downtown. Only freethrows were good, 11-12. At least he got 7 assists. Smush had a good game. 20 points, 3 assists, 3 rebounds and 3 steals. Nothing special, but 8-12 (FG), 2-3 (3p), 2-2 (FT). Kwame's free throw percent was 100% !

Bynum had 13 points, a block and 4 rebounds with 13 minutes. Go Andrew !

We were lucky that Dwight had only 12 points and 8 rebounds (only 2 offensive rebounds).

    Go L.A. !

Smush saved our butts last night with his 18 point effort in the 3rd quarter.

I'm satisfied with the Lakers winning 2 of 3 on the road so far. If we can take care of business and win our next 3, we can really build momentum heading into the new year. All 3 of these games are winnable.
