    A+

That's a classic! Plus, me being a total Office Space nut, makes me love it even more. Good pick. Here's mine, ressurected...

It's the third track down, labeled "Mercury Rising."

Beautiful voice but a weird song to cover in the hook... love the lyrics though... something gets me about raps about reminiscing... I know, it's weird, but I love songs like Will Smith's Summertime and Pete Rock's T.R.O.Y. because of the memories they evoke... this kind of does that for me too... not because I listened to it as a kid like those song but because the lyrics bring me back to that time...

I like that song. Is it hip hop, though? Strange choice for this thread, but I give it a B.

I feel bad about posting an Eminem song, but this is one of my favortie songs. Ignore the stupid slide show (wtf is up with 2pac?).

No, but it parodied all the hip-hop video clich?s, so I thought it'd be funny to post it in this thread. Bad joke I guess, but I got a kick out of it.

Huh? I thought they were having fun with an urban theme to the video. I don't think they were making fun of hip-hop at all. Anyhoo, it's a hip-hop recommendation game, so...

Nah, definitely a parody, hence why they pulled in Chris Rock to direct it.

    Your video isn't showing up.

Uhm...haven't listened to hip hop lately, but this Ludacris song caught my ear. He killed the first verse. I dunno if it's been posted.

    C-

I like Onyx, but only sometimes. This isn't one of those times. The lyrics on this one are just so damn lame. I expect much more from Onyx.

Anyways, it looks like my Ghostface one got skipped over so here's some J Dilla...
