It's Little Man Syndrome VC but Napolean Complex works. This team sure could use Rick Adelman, this team could have potential to be good like the Kings when C-Webb was in his prime. They can run the court and shoot, so they'd be awesome under Adelman. It might just be me, but Adelman was an underrated coach.

Fratello would be a step up from Hill, Ithink.

What is with you people?? When we were 1st in the East you wanted to have Brian Hill be Coach of the Year. Now you wanna fire him?? What's your problem? I mean sure he starts Turkoglu who sucks major penis and doesn't give Diener and Ariza enough playing time but still. Give the guy another chance. We are still in the playoffs technically. Isn't that enough reason to be happy?? The Magic will get out of this slump and be one of the best teams in the East again.

I just think we should have won more of the games that we lost and that Brian Hill is a big part of why this slump continues with his poor substitutions and offensive play calls. I criticized Brian Hill even when we were winning. I'm not one that just suddenly is calling for his head. I didn't like him when we signed him as a coach, I didn't like him last year, and I don't like him this year.
The way he coached that Cleveland game, was literally, no exaggeration (see how that word is properly used Swish ), the dumbest thing that I have ever seen a coach do in my 12 years of watching NBA basketball.
